★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle şunu belirteyimki, yeni aldığım hoover çamaşı makinamı kurulum için servisi çağırdım, ücretsiz kurulum oldu tamam ama arada manyetik kireç tutucu takıldı (çeşme ile hortum arasında küçük bişey) bu parça için benden 150 tl alındı aynı ürünü Nette 35 tl olduğunu gördüm,
ayrıca Hoover makinamın kondanser fan motoru arızası vardı onunda yenisini taktı ama yeni küçük fan+servis ücreti+buzdolabı koku giderici : 380 TL. verdik yani toplamda bu ücretlere bakıldığında bence; çok fahiş ücret tuttu, bunu neden söylüyorum aynı ürünlerin net fiatlarını gördüğümde isyan edesim geldi (Fan motoru komple 55.-TL. buzdolabı koku giderici 20 TL) artık tövbeler tövbesi servis falan çağırmam her işi artık kendim halledeceğim, sizlere de tavsiyem ana servis yerine gidin mahallede küçük tamir yapan dükkanlara yaptırın daha az ödersiniz garanti:)))
NOT:Bu işlerin Toplam maliyeti: 110 Tl gibi bir paraya hallolacak işlermiş, aradaki uçurum fiatı görüp değerlendirin derim.
Lütfen bunları yazıyorum servis ustası bana kızmasın yalan değil gerçekten de ne yaşamışsam onu yazıyorum fiat gerçekten çok çok fahiş bunu ısrarla belirtmek istedim biz emekli biriyiz ha sen gidersin parası olandan ben alırım dersin onu bilemiyorum tabii.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoover müşteri hizmetlerinden servis talep ediyorum ve ekin teknik'e bildiriyorlar ama ekin teknik bir turlu bizi arayıp gelmiyor.
Davlumbazda olan sorun icin servis talebindr bulunduk.Tam tamina 10 gun gecti gelen giden veya arayan olmadı.Tekrar musteri hizmetlerini aradım niye gelmiyorlar neden aramiyorlar diyorum servis sizi aramis ulasamamis diyor.Hadi telefonum çekmedi hadi 3 kere aradin ulasamadin, ama bir telefon 10 gun cekmemezlik veya ulasamamazlik olmaz.Ulasamadiysan arayacaksin işinin pesinde olacaksin.Ayrica daha once kurulumdan da hic memnun olmadım.Yine cok bekledik gelmelerini.Servis çok kötü.
Hoover antalyadaki yetkili servisini değiştirmeli.
I request service from Hoover customer service and they report it to ekin teknik but the ekin technical tour does not call us and come.

Hoover must change his authorized service in Antalya.
