We went to Ekici Pide as a family as my son's recommendation, the roasted pita was excellent, the portion was hearty, thank you, we are thinking of going again when we go to Elbistan.

Kuşbaşılı desen asla koyduğunuz fotograftaki gibi değil. Fiyati da pahalıydı, gelen pidelerin bunu hakettiğini düşünmüyorum.

All the meats are the same in the pita, which should be cut between the knives, minced meat, cubed, butchered. The flaked pattern is never like the one in the photo you posted.
