★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ben gaziantep ten yazıyorum. 31/03/2022 de sizden 6 adet 2 kg lık kaşar peyniri sioarişi verdim.1/4/2022 de siparişi yanlış yere verildi ürünlerin teslimini bana yapılmasını arayıp iletmeme rağmen bana getirilmedi ürünler saatler sonra bircok yeri arayıp irtibat kurup kendi imkanlarımla bırakılan yerden alabildim.aldığımda ürünlerin vakum poşetleri bozulmus sıcağa maruz kalmıstı ürünler heba oldu daha önce bir çok kere aldığım yerin böle yapması hiç hoş değil parasınıda daha önceden vermiş olgumuz için bizi bu şekilde madur etmeniz ne kötü sizin gibi köklü firmaların bu tip hatalarını kabul edilemez.
 I am writing from Gaziantep. I ordered 6 pieces of 2 kg cheddar cheese from you on 31/03/2022. On 1/4/2022, the order was given to the wrong place. Even though I called for the delivery of the products and sent them to me, they were not delivered to me. After hours, I was able to call many places and contact many places and pick them up from the place where I left them. When I bought it, the vacuum bags of the products were damaged, the products were wasted. It is not nice that the place I bought it many times before, it is not nice that you have given us the money before, it is such a shame that such mistakes of well-established companies like you are unacceptable.
