Bir daha kesinlikle kiralamayi dusunmuyoruz. Kesinlikle sehir disindan adana ya gidenler bir kez daha düşünsün.
Last year, we rented 2 cars on behalf of my brother and my father, you were so interested in your Adana branch that I can't remember the name of one of your staff, but when we were coming from van, they parked our cars at the airport and sent us their photos, we trusted the company so much, but in our rental last week, we waited half an hour after landing at the airport my mother and father were all disgraced. We definitely do not plan to rent it again. Definitely, those who go to the island from outside the city should think again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Araç teslim ve geri alma konusunda gayet kibar bir şekilde yardımcı oluyorlar. Ancak HGS kullanım hizmet ücreti nedir. Geçtiğim yerin parasını ödeyeyim tamamda bunun hizmet ücreti mi olur ama bu firmada oluyormuş. Ben bir daha kesinlikle böyle ufak hesapların peşinde koşan firmadan araç kiralaması yapmam. Çünkü böyle ufak hesaplar yapan firmalar karşılaşacağınız farklı olumsuzluklarda size nasıl davranacaklarını ortaya koyarlar. (Adana İskenderun gidiş dönüş için 40-TL ödedim.)
They help in a very polite way with vehicle delivery and return. But what is the HGS usage service fee? Let me pay for the place I'm going to, okay, is it a service fee, but it happens in this company. I will never rent a car from a company that is chasing such small accounts again. Because companies that make such small calculations reveal how they will treat you in the different negativities you will encounter. (I paid 40-TL for the round trip from Adana to Iskenderun.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diese Vermietung nur empfehlen. Wir buchen gern dort. Buchung unproblematisch per whatsup möglich. Sie sind zur vereinbarten Zeit am Flughafen und übergeben das Fahrzeug auch Nachts um 1Uhr unkompliziert am Parkplatz auf dem Flughafengelände. Die Preise sind fair und günstig und die Autos sind immer unter 6 Monate alt. Bei der nächsten Buchung würde ich nur darauf achten, dass das Auto wieder Rückfahrsensoren hat. Geiz ist nicht immer geil. Gerade in Adana, wo gefühlt jeder einen Poller hinstellen kann wie er möchte, hat man zuviel Angst um den Autolack. Da würde ich das nächste Mal freiwillig 2-3€ mehr zahlen ;)
I can only recommend this rental. We like to book there. Booking possible without any problems via whatsup. You are at the airport at the agreed time and hand over the vehicle easily at night at 1 a.m. at the parking lot on the airport premises. The prices are fair and cheap and the cars are always under 6 months old. The next time I book, I would just make sure that the car has reversing sensors again. Greed is not always cool. Especially in Adana, where it feels like everyone can put up a bollard as they like, people are too worried about the car paint. I would voluntarily pay 2-3€ more next time ;)
