I ordered Eğriçayır wood Karakovan 1.1 kg Honeycomb honey. As in my previous order, they sent more than 1.3 kg of the product. However, unfortunately, when Yurtiçi Kargo (which was always my preferred shipping company) brought the product, the honeycomb dispersed due to the blows the product received was spread over the box and its packaging. I called the Eğriçayır representative, they were immediately interested, they informed the necessary unit and said they would help. After 24 hours, a message was received that the product was shipped. About 30 hours later, the new honey that I ordered arrived to me. Thank you for your sensitivity and kindness. I shop all the time. They have really great honey, but especially organic propolis and Swedish Syrup are very successful. When you get sick (throat infection, etc.) it starts to heal as soon as you start using it, it's definitely fixed with experience!
