Ama gelen menü çok farklı oldu. Tatlı helva yazıyor. Perişan bir Kemalpaşa tatlısı geldi. Hamsi ekmek doğru geldi ama balık balık gibi kokmuyor ve en önemli kılçıklı şekilde ekmekyin arasında geliyor. Çoğu balıkçı veya nerdeyse ekmek arası balıklar kılçıksız olur.
