What a lovely place with a nice view near by river and comfort wood chalet/apartment and very friendly owner Mr. Othman and supportive for plan your stays in Ayder ?

It’s an amazing place to stay, and Osman is wonderful person whom doesn’t hesitate to help you. He showed us different places around Rize and Trabzon.

Osman and his family are really friendly and helpful .. apartment is neat and clean with an amazing view of the valley and tea fields ..clouds are swimming all around literally !..waking up here was just magical ..a supermarket is also near by ..u can go on walks as well ..diffidently recommended !

The place is amazing with fabulous view to the river and the green mountain. It is close from the river, resturants and supermarket . It is very clean and spacious. Osman and his family are super kind , they guide us to the nice places near by. It is one of the best experince we have therefore I strongly recommend it.

I strongly recommend the apartment it’s really very nice the place and view also Osman he is helpful and corporate. It’s good experience to stay in the cottage my kids enjoying in the place. The location is close to the city , restaurants and places. Thank you very much Osman again for your hospitality.

Large sized apartment with a fantastic view of the vallehy from the balcony. Apartment complete with all facilities, and extremely helpful family that runs this place. You get to meet their family, and they're so nice. The grandmother of one of the guys Furkan even gave my baby hand made knit socks! We were able to borrow umbrellas for the rain and small ingredients to cook food. The apartment had some welcome baloons and an extra bed for the baby, and welcome sweets / chocolates. All in all, a superb stay and Osman and Furkan were so helpful! Highly recommend this place, the apartment can easily accommodate 6 people! I was actually a bit sad that I couldn't stay here for longer and do have plans to come back with larger family and organize a stay here. To sum it up, the apartment has 3 bed rooms (a master with king bed, a smaller room with queen bid, and a smaller room with single bed), full kitchen facilities, 2 toilets (both styles), and a large living room with balcony. And a view to die for. In my 2 weeks in Turkey, this was easily the best stay. Disliked · Nothing really. The only thing is that rooms may be considered a bit small, however, since the living room is so large and spacious it really covers for everything. You can just use the rooms for sleeping. Conversation in english can be a little struggle but translator apps work fine for this. No big deal

Mr Osman drove us around the place and showed some excellent spots. The crochet gifts from mother was superb. Thanks a lot to both of them for making our stay extraordinary and memorable.
