Great hotel, foods repetitive but something for everyone. Full of rude Russians that barge in but they were telt ?. Rooms have been refurbished and nice. Maid service a bit hit and miss with the stocking up of the fridge with water but plenty water around. Social distancing measures in place but again Eastern Europeans don't understand. No entertainment team due to covid restrictions but 200 people can queue up for dinner ?. People out at 7am putting towels down on the sun beds then don't come back till 2pm, management should address this. Access to the island and water park and pools but again towels down at 8am and don't return till the afternoon.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Clean pool areas but baby pool when we were there someone had decided to have a poo in even though there a toilets around the pool areas which are clean, it wasn't a young child/baby poo, it was too big. Staff closed off the pool but didn't rush to remove it. Staff will go & get you how many sunbeds you require for your party but everywhere is packed so not much privacy. Food same everyday at both the evening restaurant & the pool side eating area... Boring. Always running out of bowls, spoons at cereal bar, cups/glasses at coffee & fruit drinks machine & don't hurry when you ask for some. Food spread out all over the place. We had to get food separately as a family cos we couldn't carry our own food & drink as well as the children's, we put plates on table to fetch the children's meal & when we returned it was removed from table asked where it had gone & staff had thrown it away as they thought someone had left it which we find it hard to believe as we had left things on the table for the children to play with later in the evening. It is difficult when you have children to carry plates & drinks for as well as yourself & also the floors are very slippery in dinning halls & around the pool areas. The amount of people that fell, children & adults alike. It has fake grass carpet down as walk ways but these crease up, fold/ kicked over so are also a hazard. Whilst there 2 people hurt themselves seriously around the pool 1 broke her toes on grass carpet, other their arm slipping at pool area whilst walking. Our own child fell on his 1st day because we was not aware of the slippery floor. Luckily he was OK after a few tears, hurt his head, cut with a lump but we did hear his head hit the floor as did the people around us who told us to be aware of the slippery floors & grass carpets. Entertainment was an experience though they did try hard to please. No seats left either at entrainment place or in the bar area so if you wanted to sit down you had to go & get sunbeds to sit on. Excellent little amusement with pool/air hockey, little rides for babies & different games to entertain all ages. Brilliant electric bikes that look & sounded like motorbikes all lit up once started, you get 10mins for 30 lira/5 euros. Small euro centre 10mins walk away. Beach access able via a subway with free sunbeds. Security here & main gates where they do ask to see your all inclusive bracelet for entry. Dolphin show about 15mins away which was excellent. Lifeguards on duty around pools/pool slides close during 12-2 pm but you can use pool it self, about 7 slides altogher that I can remember but not many floats to come down them. There was a waiting area in the pool, first 1 to get to swimmer coming down the slide was the next 1 up the steps. Not much fun for children when competing against adults for them. Fast maintaince, had a leak in the bathroom which used all the towels to absorb the water so requested housekeeping to replace the towels & was responded to within 15mins. Both these services requested was done through the hotels Wi-Fi service. Market that was brilliant selling everything every Sunday starting in the early hours, if your great a bargaining then this is your dream come true. Sell everything from toys to clothes, trainers to food, everything you could serious spend some money & fill your cases up with bargains galore. 24hr bar in reception.

First of all, the hotel falsely presents itself as 5 stars, the truth is that it is worth 3+ or 4-. Everything is tasteless and cheap. Golden plastic chandeliers, complete kitsch. They tried to make a classy place with a little money. Rooms are too small for a 5-star hotel. The 3-star Alanya Hotel also has 4 beds, while the Aqua has 3 and one mini sofa bed. Shame. Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. In 10 days, they only cleaned our floor once, at our request. For reasons understandable to them, you will get towels when they have 2 large ones, even though there are 4 people. The front door of the room was never wiped, all dirty on the inside. The maids come at 2pm after lunch to clean the rooms, is that normal! The hotel looks overbooked. There are huge crowds, to make a meal you will line up the main course, then line for salad, then line for cakes, etc. Without a 10-20 minute chance you will not be able to visit everything and sit down at the table. The food is also debatable, too spicy with any flavors ... many times it was literally not edible, we ate french fries xyz times. I look at the pictures of the food that people posted here two years ago, it doesn't look like that now, it's much poorer. The al cart restaurant was a nice experience. Also 40 min spent in the appointment queue. With no choice of what we want to eat the only option was an Italian restaurant I have to praise the pool and the slides, it really looks nice and the water is beautiful and clean! Although there are no waves or rocks in the water, the beach is dirty. Garbage, plastic, masks float in the water along its entire length, at least 3 meters deep. Disgusting. How does it not occur to anyone to clean. Keep in mind that the bungalows and the beach are literally "glued" to the highway! The noise of trucks and buses is unrealistic. Is the holiday waiting in lines for half a day .... I sincerely hope that this is the last bad experience in Turkey.

Amazing for kids as all hotels are connected and have amazing aqwa park for kids and adults. Plus zipwire and towels provided. Food is excellent and many choices

reception staff rude, food choices very poor, food tasteless. Alcohol is diluted and a small choice. The children’s pool is not heated, so no child is swimming. Children’s animators are only meant to dance the same 30 minutes in the evening every day. Up to 5 stars for this hotel very far.

Nice room but we had to dispute the first room as they tried to tell us it was not what we had bought, even though it was the same room in the picture of the booking page. Rubbish food. It's ok for a few days but after that it will get on your nerves. The al la carte if that's how you spell it was shocking basically the same as everything else except you have table service. WiFi was so bad! I honestly believe they did it on purpose to sell you the premium WiFi. The free WiFi was so bad I don't even know how they are allowed to include it in the brochure. Drinks were ok, but limited on choice. Water attractions were great. Staff were great, except the main reception man. Very unhelpful even though he loved to say "I try to help you." If it wasn't for our amazing jet2 rep sortoc he would of been a real problem. Although it was all inclusive most of the good stuff excluding the water parks was extra. Beach was decent nice and clean, could probably get a better hotel for the money or a little extra. I'd look around abit more if I was to go back.
