It is not comfortable. Pets are not allowed in the toilet, where they receive approximately 2 lira during their break at the Bolu terminal. Unsuccessful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetur Bolu otogar çalışanı Semih Şahin, arıza yapan otobüsümü bildirmek için yolculuğumdan 1 saat önce beni aradı. Mağduriyet yaşamamam adına bilgilendirme yaptı ve yakın saatlerde otobüsü olan başka firmalar ile iletişime geçerek en yakın saate tekrar bilet almamı, ve Efetur biletimi iptal etmemi sağladı. Sayesinde madur olmadım ve neden Efetur'u tercih etmem gerektiğini tekrar hatırladım. Teşekkür ederim.
Efetur Bolu bus station employee Semih Şahin called me 1 hour before my trip to report my bus that broke down. He informed me in order not to suffer any harm, and he contacted other companies that had a bus in the near future and enabled me to buy tickets again at the nearest hour and cancel my Efetur ticket. Thanks to it, I was not madur and I remembered why I should choose Efetur. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezil bir firma. Adana'dan İstanbul'a yola çıkan otobüsümüz arızalandi bolu otogarina 5 dk uzaklikta. Otobüs göndermelerini rica ettik ve 4 saat boyunca güneşin alnında bekledik ve asla otobüs gelmedi yolcular çoluk çocuk rezil olduk. Tekrar söylüyorum rezil bir firma!
It's a decent company. Our bus, which set off from Adana to Istanbul, broke down, and it is 5 minutes away from the bolu bus station. We asked them to send a bus and we waited in the sun for 4 hours and the bus never came, the passengers and children were disgraced. I say it again, a disgraceful company!
