The employees are genial, the owner was very friendly, chickens are delicious and the prices are very affordable, clean and reliable place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of the way, but authentic. It doubles as a butcher specializing in chicken products. It has a typical chicken rotisserie cabinet to one side of the open-air restaurant and seems to serve mainly chicken-rice, with a salad and pickled chillies & gherkins on the side.
The only other diners there during my lunch were locals on their lunch break. It's a no-frills place - reflected in the very moderate prices, but the food is good and the service friendly. I paid TL16 for half a bbq chicken with rice & sides as above, 2 ayran drinks, and a fanta.
A pleasant and authentic change from the usual expat fare I am used to.
