★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat bir firma. 30 dk geçikme li seferleri var. Bir özür bile dilenmiyor. Diğer firmaların seferleri aksamadan gerçekleşirken bu firma vurdum duymaz şekilde bilgi bile vermekten aciz. Bilet bulamadık diye kullandık maalesef.
It's a terrible company. There are 30 minutes delayed fashion with time. Not even an apology. While other companies' flights take place without interruption, this company is incapable of even giving information in a way that doesn't hit. Unfortunately, we used it because we couldn't find a ticket.

Otogara gelmeden önce servisi sordum ve olduğunu soyledir.Gebze otogarinda indikten (16.30 da indim) sonra servise binmek istediğimi soyledim bana önce 5 te daha sonra 5.30 ve enson 6 da kalkacağını söylediler.5 e kadar bekledikten sonra 1 saattir servis bekliyorum beni mağdur ediyorsunuz dedim bana bilet satış noktasındaki görevli yoğunluk var İstanbul'dan servis gelemiyor dedi. Bende ben internette servis yazmıştım ve bilet öderken servis paramı da ödüyorum kimin servis kullanacağı belli olmuyor mu? Görevli bana bağıra çağıra bir sürü hakaret etti ustune verdiğiniz 50 liralık parayla firmayı mı satın aldığınızi zannediyorsun. İstersen bekle istemezsem çek git. Buraya daha yazamayazagim şeyler söyledi . Bir kadın olarak bana bağırma hakkı yok ve ben her Gebze'de indigimizde beni 1 saatten fazla servis için bekletiyorlar. Ben ilk defa böyle bir şey yaşadım ve asla EFE turdan bilet almicam çevremede bu olayı anlatıp onlarında almamasını sagliyacagim. Bu kadar kotu bir firma olmaz. Yolcuya zerre bir değer verilmiyor. O görevli gibi kişiler oldukça yolcu kaybınız olacaktir.Bilet içinde verdiğim servis parasını da helal etmiyorum.
