Born in Divriği in 1967, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences Department of International Relations in 1988. She received her master’s degree and Diploma in Educational Administration between 1989-1990 from Erziehungswissenshaftliche Hochschule Rheinland- Pfalz Arbeitlung Landau (Post Graduate Programme). Between 1985–1995 she established the Training and Planning Directorate of TESK and worked there. From 1995 to 2000, she worked as a director and expert within the World Bank funded Project entitled “Employment and Training/Occupational Standards, Testing and Certification”. In 1997, together with Mr. İzzet Çevik, she established EDUSER. Since 2000, she has been working as Project Manager and Expert.
