★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buradaki güzel yorumları okuyunca mağazalarına gitme kararı almıştım ve yine de çok da iyi olmayabileceklerine dair içimde şüphe vardı. Fakat hayatımda ilk defa bu kadar memnun kaldığım bir yer hatırlamıyorum. Beklentimin çok çok üzerinde bir hizmet aldım.
Bünyamin beyle defalarca çizimin üstünden geçtik ve Bünyamin bey bir kere olsun başından atmaya çalışmadı ve her soruma çok yardımcı oldu. En son çizim aşaması bitti ve siparişe geçildi. Yine çok da istediğim gibi olmaz diyordum ama gelen ürüne (tv ünitesi) hayran kaldım diyebilirim :) Monte eden ekipleri de çok başarılıydı ve profesyoneldi.
İleride mobilyayla ilgili başka bir ihtiyacım olursa kesinlikle kendilerinden hizmet alacağımdan eminim. Bünyamin bey ve tüm ekibine tekrar tekrar teşekkürler!
After reading the good reviews here, I decided to go to their store and still I had doubts that they might not be very good. But for the first time in my life, I don't remember a place where I was so satisfied. I received a service that far exceeded my expectations.
We went over the drawing many times with Mr. Bünyamin and Mr. Bünyamin didn't try to get rid of it once and he helped me a lot with every question. The last drawing phase is finished and the order has been made. Again, I was saying it would not be as I wanted, but I can say that I was amazed by the product (TV unit) that came in :) The assembling teams were also very successful and professional.
If I have any other furniture-related needs in the future, I am sure that I will definitely get service from them. Thanks again and again to Mr. Bünyamin and his entire team!
