Ayrıca fotoğrafçılıkları da kötü. Mecbur kalmadıkça gitmemek en iyisi.
 They don't know that the US visa is not accepted for glasses.
And their photography is bad. It's best not to go unless you have to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sifir puan olsa sifir verirdim. 50yillik malzemeleri ile 1adet 10*15 fotografa 30₺ isteyen ilginc mekan. Evet 30₺. Alternatife bakin. Sipsakci zihniyetiyle be iktirirsem kardir diyen firma.
Though I would give zero point zero. 10 * 15 n.1 interesting venue wanting to 30₺ with photographs 50yillik materials. Yes, 30₺. Look at the alternative. Sipsakci mindset is the company that says ikirdir if it is snow.

Cepa is located on the ground floor at the ATM counter. Appropriate and fast biometric shooting is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hızlı çözüm sunuyorlar ama bence biraz aşırı ücret talep ediyorlar. Pasaport Schengen ve normal vesikalık alsanız . Her biri için ayrı ayrı 25 TL ödemenizi bekliyorlar. Halbuki sadece bir fotoğraf çekiyor sadece baskıları farklı ölçülerde yapıyor. Ücretlendirme hakkaniyete uygun değil.
They offer a quick solution but I think they demand a little overcharging. Passport Schengen and normal passport. They expect you to pay 25 TL for each. However, it only takes a photo and only prints it in different sizes. The remuneration is not fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cepa AVM de şubesine uğradım. Orta yaşlarda birisi vardı. Biyometrik fotoğraf çektirmek istediğimi söyledim. Bilgisayar üzerinden başka müşteri ile ilgileniyordu. İlgisiz bir şekilde bekleyeceğim dedi. Yaklaşık 15 dakika bekledikten sonra sonra gel dedi, müşteri işi uzunmuş. Beni boşuna bekleyip memnuniyetsiz ayrılmamı sağladılar. Kızılay da fotoğrafçıya gidip hem hizmet aldım hem de 10 dakikada teslim aldım. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
I stopped by its branch at Cepa AVM. There was a middle-aged man. I said I wanted to have a biometric photo taken. He was dealing with another customer over the computer. He said he will wait indifferently. After waiting for about 15 minutes, he said come, the customer job was long. They waited for me in vain and made me leave dissatisfied. I went to the photographer in Kızılay and got both service and delivery in 10 minutes. I do not suggest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of the following points if you are getting a service from here:
1) You have to pay in CASH and they will tell you this after they print the photos out. Besides, there is no "ONLY CASH" indication in the shop.
2) Do not have a expectation of high quality prints.
3) Make sure if they give your receipt. Ask for it.
4) If you are planning to send the photos via e-mail to this shop for the print, you are gonna wait a lot to send the e-mail. Because the cellphone coverage is very week at this part of the building. They do not provide a cable for photo transfer from Iphone to their PC. They do not have bluetooth. They do not provide wifi password to make it faster. Give your photos in a memory card.
5) They really do not care about customer satisfaction. They do not even smile at you.
6) On top of all, they abuse and betray the prestige of CEPA and other compound shops which always have high class service quality.
