 If you ask where in Turkey there is water pastry with unsalted curd cheese, I would say Niğde Edeler Patisserie. The worst water pastry I have ever eaten in my life. If you don't know, don't make this pastry.
The quality of the water pastry is in its cheese. I ate an amateur pastry. If I want my money back, it's my right?
