We asked for cutlery and it came in 20 minutes, this time by two different waiters. There is a lack of coordination among the waiters, but I do not see any fault with them, you have few waiter employees, you can make an improvement in this regard because there is a serious problem in this regard. Finally, we asked for tea, 45 minutes passed, it didn't come, we got up. We paid the bill. When we made a calculation after we went out, we realized that the money for the tea was also taken. The tea that did not come was immediately written to the account. We came to this place for the first time.

Customer communication is very bad. In one word, RESPECT. I can say this especially for the person in charge of the cash register. I went twice for the live music. I've had problems with both. The first time I went, the waiters never stopped by the table, we went to their feet to order.
