They are on the lookout for even the full plate to remove the disgraceful people first. They don't taste good. This is my first time writing a review. Appetizers are for one person. In short, a waste of your money. And I say it's expensive again so people don't do business it's a disgrace

The sea is very clean and the beach is good for children. The sun loungers in the sea section are very comfortable, but when it comes to food, they have a menu that does not suit such a place, I hope they fix it as soon as possible.

Since we couldn't find any free tables in two other places, we thought we'd give it a try. The eggplant appetizer was good, they grilled the fish without drying it. Prawns were not fresh. The herbs of the salads were not washed well. The prices are too high they deserve.

It was a very poor quality hotel, especially some staff were very rude. In the afternoon like 4-5 pm they turn to restaurant pier stage and they push you to leave earlier. We complained to the hotel manager and he even didn't say sorry he done nothing. They strictly doesn't except any food or drink from outside you have to choose everything from their own menu. And if you dont leave your key to the reception they never clean your room. Room was very dirty even after cleaning especially toilet and bathroom, water doesnt go just stays in the bathroom and after shower it looks horrible. The room was very run down when we pulled the beds together, the bottoms were very dirty, especially the bathroom and toilet were very dirty even after cleaning, the water does not go, water accumulates after the dust, it looks very bad. In the evening, the pier restaurant is being transformed. You are pressured to leave around 4-5 pm, especially some of the employees are really rude, they are approaching like they will empty the sunbeds for your information, when we conveyed this to the hotel manager, they did not even say sorry, I can say that customer satisfaction is zero, no food is accepted from outside, you just have to stay within their menu. When the key is not left, cleaning is not done and you are not told to leave the key. Cem and Ali were the only positive aspects of this hotel. The expected interest, relevance, smiling face and customer satisfaction were only important to them. I would not stay again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We spent 1 week in this hotel, where humanity is forgotten, hospitality should be the main driver, but trampled on, and Turkish customs and traditions are unfortunately scattered everywhere, but I'm sure we would have been happier if we hadn't. A top management group that they don't like in their waiters, a classic corrupt, quality that will do anything for money, ignoring customer satisfaction, inconsiderate, disturbing customers with their eyes and actions, 2-3 people, if you are thinking of staying in this hotel, I'm sure they will regret it. While I have not harmed even an ant in my 46 years of life, unfortunately, they have moved people's nerves to the extent of throwing sunbeds, I hope you do not make this mistake, with all due respect...the only positive side is the diamond-hearted waiters who work, I'm sure they wouldn't stay here for even a minute if they didn't need money...
