★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26 ocak 2017 tarihinde memorial hastanesinden doktorun reçete ettiği ilaçları almak için ada eczanesine gittim. Elden satışla 5 kalem ilaç aldım. Aldığım ilaçların 3 tanesi muadildi bir tanesi içinde 1 saate yakın bekletildim. Diğer bir ilaç olan sterimar sprey yerine muadil tanımına uymayan, aynı etken maddeyi içermeyen başka bir sprey olan nasorinse spreyi verilmiş. 1 gün önce geçirdiğim operasyonun verdiği sersemlikle ve zaten hepsini muadil verdiği için ilaçları kontrol etmedim. Bugün doktora muayeneye gittiğimde deniz suyu yazacak mısınız diye sorunca olay ortaya çıktı. Ameliyatlı halimle 1 hafta yanlış ilacı kullandım. Bir ilacın içinde hyalüronik asit, vitamin c, benzalkonyum klorür gibi maddeler varken diğeri deniz suyu içermektedir. Hastayı bilgilendirmeden elindeki ilacı satmak için hileye başvuran bu kişileri şiddetle kınıyorum. Meslektaşım tarafından yapılan bu dikkatsizlik mesleğin son günlerde neden bu duruma geldiğinin açık cevabıdır.
On January 26, 2017, I went to the island pharmacy to buy medicines prescribed by the doctor from the memorial hospital. I bought 5 items of drugs by hand. 3 of the drugs I bought were equivalent and one of them was kept in an hour. Instead of another drug, sterimar spray, nasorinse spray, another spray that does not meet the equivalent definition and does not contain the same active substance, was given. I did not check the medication with the drowsiness of the operation I had 1 day ago and because it was already equivalent. When I went to the doctor for an examination today, the incident arose when I asked if you would write sea water. I used the wrong medicine for 1 week with my operated condition. One drug contains substances such as hyaluronic acid, vitamin c, benzalkonium chloride, and the other contains sea water. I strongly condemn these people who used to cheat to sell the medicine in their hands without informing the patient. This carelessness by my colleague is the clear answer to why the profession has recently come to this state.

Ne zaman danışacağımız bir konu olsa yardımcı olmuş ve bizi yönlendirmiştir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2013 Yılında kayseri şehir merkezine tayinim çıktığı gün çocukluk arkadaşımında tavsiyesi ile gelmiş bulundum ilk defa. Doğrusunu söylemek gerekirse evime en yakın eczanede burası idi. Yıl 2021 oldu hala eczacımı değiştirme ihtiyacı hissetmedim. Eski yerinden taşınmış olmasına rağmen. Bazen iş çıkışı ucu ucuna yetişebiliyorum yada izin günüme denk getirip öyle alıyorum ilaçlarımı. İş yerimin veya gitmiş olduğum hastanelerin hemen yanı başında .eczaneler olmasına rağmen. Buradaki amaç para felan değil. Kaliteli hizmet, güler yüz, saygı, anlayış, gelen herkese canı gönülden hizmet verip mutlu bir şekilde uğurlama. Daha uzar gider bu sayacaklarım. Keşke her sektörde sizin gibi kaliteli insanlar hizmet verebilse. Ticari hayatınızda can-ı gönülden başarılar diliyorum. Bol kazançlarınız olsun. Hak ediyorsunuz bunu çünkü.

It was the first time I came to Kayseri city center in 2013 with the advice of my childhood friend on the day I was appointed. To tell you the truth, this was the closest pharmacy to my house. It was 2021 and I still did not feel the need to change my pharmacist. Although it has moved from its old place. Sometimes I can catch up just after work, or I take my medicines on my day off. Although there are pharmacies right next to my workplace or hospitals I have visited. The aim here is not money. Quality service, smiling face, respect, understanding, giving wholehearted service to everyone who comes and seeing them off happily. It gets longer and I will count this. I wish quality people like you could serve in every sector. I wish you wholehearted success in your business life. Have plenty of earnings. Because you deserve it.
