The employees are much more friendly and helpful than the pharmacist. It is not understandable for a healthcare professional to avoid or dissolve or withdraw from providing information.

I called the employees very uninterested, they said they were on duty, I asked for the medicine, they said there is medicine, we went to buy the medicine, they said that the medicine was just sold, we went that far, they said there is no medicine, they compensated for their mistakes and did not apologize, they are very irrelevant and irresponsible.
