Telefonla ulaşmak zor, özellikle nöbetçi eczane iken.
Yorum yönetimi bence iyi değil.
Telefon konusunu gözden geçirmelerini ve hastalara muadil ilaç vermeden önce açıklama yapıp onay istemelerini, yorumları da kendilerini iyileştirip geliştirecek birer geribildirim olarak ele alıp değerlendirmelerini tavsiye ederim.
Ama yukarıdaki tecrübelerime dayanarak acil bir durum veya zaruri bir hal olmadıkça bu eczaneyi bir daha tercih etmem.
I would not recommend.
Difficult to reach by phone, especially when it's on duty pharmacy.
Comment management is not good in my opinion.
I recommend that they review the phone issue and ask patients for explanation and approval before giving them an equivalent drug, and consider the comments as feedback that will improve and improve themselves.
But based on my experience above, I will not choose this pharmacy again unless there is an emergency or an indispensable situation.
