Yaklaşık 1.5 ay önce arıza bildirdim. Kombinin başında, yanan ve yanmayan ışıklardan arıza tespiti yaptılar. Kart arızalı dediler.Kabul ettik kart takıldı. Bir gün sonra yine aynı sorun ile karşılaştık. Bu sefer, kart uyumu olmadı denildi ve başka bir kart takıldı. Bu işlem için 1000tl ödeme yaptım. Yine bir kaç gün sonra tekrar arızaya geçti. Yaklaşık bir ay. Servis elemanı: abi sabah, abi akşam, abi işim uzun sürdü yarın diyerek. yaklaşık bir ay beni bekletti. en son bir hafta önce gelip termostat arızası var deyip termostat değiştirdiler. Son durum ne diye merak edenlere. Kombi yine arızalı. Aradım abi gelip bakmak lazım dedi. İşte yetkili servis anlayışı bu. Şaka gibi değil mi?
