İsmini eski belediye başkanlarından Rahmetli Ebubekir Çiftci'den alan park belediyenin değişmesi sonrası hizmette hazıra konarak ismi değiştirildi neyse sonraki belediye tarafından tekrar eski haline getirildi.Şu an itibari ile çok güzel bir görünümde olan park Erciş sanayi tepesinden Erciş'e giderken sağ tarafta bulunuyor.
