★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meistens nur eine Kassiererin an der Kasse obwohl die Schlange groß ist. Total unfreundlich. Wenn man schon mit Kunden zu tun hat sollte man ein Lächeln vorzeigen. Uns ist ein Hipp fläschen auf den Boden gefallen, das uns natürlich in Rechnung gestellt wurde...keine Kulanz...
 Mostly just a cashier at checkout even though the queue is big. Totally unfriendly. If you are already dealing with clients you should show a smile. We had a hippo drop on the floor, which was of course charged us ... no goodwill ...

The prices and the cashier don't match, your store manager can't claim his space, he's trying to cover it up by saying let's make a staff discount for those who don't hold the price, shame on him....

Shops are open during Friday prayers, but the cash register is closed, and there was a trade ban at that time. I called their headquarters but found out that it is valid in all stores. It's over for me now.

Mağazaya gittim ilk andan itibaren gerek kasada görevli Kadın personel gerek depo bölümü çok yardımcı oldu. Ama özellikle belirtmem gerekirse Muhammed Mustafa Bey'e gerek ilgisi gerek yardımcı olma isteği gerek kişiliğiyle ayrıca çok ama çok teşekkür ederim.Muhammed Mustafa Bey nezdinde tüm çalışma arkadaşlarına ve yöneticilerine çok teşekkür ederiz.Hizmet sektöründe sizler gibi insanların olması büyük bir mutluluk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuma namazı saatlerinde mağaza açık ama kasa kapalı. Satış yapmayacaksınız o saatlerde dükkânı komple kapatın. Hayatımdan 20 dakika çaldınız.

Aradık ve ürünün istediğimiz parçalarının değişebileceğini söylediler. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Reyon görevlisinden mağaza müdürü ne kadar hepsi teker teker ilgilendi. Buradan hepsine çok teşekkür ederim.
