Herhangi bir sorumlu müdür,şef vs. Ilgilenen yok çoluk çocuk ortalıkta geziyor yazık yani hizmet olmadıktan sonra modern binalar da olsa bir anlam ifade etmez.Zaten parayla yapılıyor bu hizmet bedava değil ki.Inşallah düzelir...
The facility is very nice, but the employees are not interested. You sit for half an hour and someone does not say what do you drink, what do you eat?

Çalışanlar profesyonel değil. 10 dakika ayakta bekledik ne istiyorsunuz diyen yok , garsonlar ilgisiz. eleman çok ama biri bir şey demesin diye kafalarını çevirmiyorlar bile. İş yapmıyorlar kendi aralarında muhabbet ediyorlar. Neyse güneş alan bir masada oturduk şemsiye talep ettik, tüm masalar ister gerekçesiyle reddettiler. Madem öyle tüm masalara yetecek kadar şemsiye temin edin. Alternatif az diye gidilebilir . Elemanlar eğitilmeli. Bu arada başka şehirlerin tesisleriyle de kıyaslama imkanım oldu. Maalesef iyi değil. Onca yatırımı çalışanlar heba ediyor.
We went to EBB Tebrizkapi Tea Garden. The location and location is beautiful. Staff is not professional. We waited 10 minutes standing up saying what do you want, the waiters were indifferent. No interest, I would never recommend it. Employees seem to be forced to work. We placed an order and the coffees that would be ready in ten minutes came in an hour. Be you, don't waste your time here??
