Çalışmakta olduğum İpek Mobilya İmalat İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi’nin bütün resmi işlerini firmanızın elektronik imzam ile pratik bir şekilde yapıyorum. Şu ana kadar hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Bir arkadaşa tavsiye ettim o da kurulum esnasında canlı destekten çok memnun kaldığını beyan etti. Bizim Dış ticaret şirketi müdürü nede aldık o da memnuniyetini iletti. Genel Müdürümüz de firmanızın e imzasını kullanmakta her şey çok mükemmel çalışıyor gayet pratik firmamız logosunu da referanslarınızda kullanabilirsiniz. Böyle bir ürünü başkalarına da tavsiye ederim.

Telefondaki bayan 1 yıllık 149 TL 2 yıllık 199 TL 3 Yıllık 269 TL olduğunu söyledi biz de evraklarımızı gönderip 2 yıllık e-imza için işlemlerin yapılmasını istedik. Daha sonra bizi kendi ofislerine çağırdılar gittik ve 2 yıllık e-imzanın ücretinin 235 TL olduğunu söylediler. Telefonda ayrı fiyat verip Ofislerinde fiyat yükselten bir firmadır uzak durun. Yaşadığımız bu olumsuz deneyim sonucu madur bir şekilde hiç bir şey almadan çıktık. Ofislerine git-gel yaparak çektiğimiz yol mesafesi de yanımıza kaldı.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün "E-imza geçersiz" uyarısı aldım ve teknik desteği aradım 70'inci sıradayım.. Bu arada da daha hızlı olur diye siteden teknik destek online iletişimden de mesaj gönderdim. Orada da 45'inci sıradayım.. Nhayet 1. sıraya geldim, hoop tekrar 45'inci sıraya atıldım.. Mecburen sabırla bekledim ve nihayet cevap yazıldı.. "Genel bir sorun var, aralıklarla girmeyi deneyin..." Saç baş yolduran bi durum.. Saatlerce bunun için mi beklettiniz? İnternet sitenize bir duyuru koysanız veya maille ya da SMS'le bilgilendirme yapsanız olmuyor mu? Bu kadar basit bir şeyi akledecek kimse yok mu? El cevap: Yok!!!
