Bir önceki diyetisyen seruvenimde değişik tarifler vardı her hafta ve farklı olması hoşuma gidiyordu fakat şu an yeni doğuran ve emziren bir anne olarak diyet listemin kolaylığı ve sadeliği ihtiyacım olan şeymiş. İlk hafta neredeyse tamamı yağdan olacak şekilde 3,5 kilo vererek motive olmamı sağlayan aysima hanım, eğer diyet listesine uyarsam imkansız diye bir şey olmadığını gösterdi tesekkurler tatlı diyetisyenim.
I chose Aysima Hanım, who attracted my attention with her special diet list for breastfeeding mothers, primarily because of her proximity to my home. In my previous dietician service, there were different recipes every week and I liked that it was different, but now, as a newborn and nursing mother, the ease and simplicity of my diet list is what I needed. Aysima, who helped me motivate me by losing 3.5 kilos, almost all of it from fat in the first week, showed that if I follow the diet list, it is not impossible. Thank you sweet dietician.
