★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dyson süpürgemizdeki sorunu çözmek için önce Esat’tan 750 TL sonra da Sincan’dan 480 TL gibi fahiş fiyatları alıp tamir ettirmekten vaz geçiyordum ki, Selçuk Usta’da son bir kez şansımı denemek istedim.İyi ki de denemişim....Sonuç ne mi oldu? Cebimden 35 TL çıktı ve süpürgemiz eski haline döndü. Allah razı olsun....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2010 da tanıştığım Selçuk Süngü'nün servisinde aldığım hizmetten her gelişimde memnun kaldım. İşinin ehli, saygılı ve hoş sohbet bir insan.Dyson markasının iyi ve az sorun çıkarması nedeniyle 9 senede 2-3 kez görüşebildik.Başarılar dilerim.
Süpürgenin filtresini değiştirmek için Ocak 2020 içinde tekrar uğradım servise. İş yeri düzenlenmiş, temizlenmiş ve iyi de olmuş. Benim filtreyi değiştirme talebime ve ısrar etmeme rağmen gerek olmadığını, detaylı temizlik ile halledilebileceğini söyleyerek beni biraz misafir etti. Gereken ne varsa yapıldı ve 50tl lik servis ücreti ile sorunumu çözdü. Çok teşekkür ediyorum Selçuk kardeşime, işini iyi yapan dürüst insanlara ihtiyacımız var. Kolaylıklar dilerim.

In January 2020, I stopped by the service to replace the filter of the broom. The workplace has been arranged, cleaned and well done. Although I requested to replace the filter and insisted that it was not needed, it could be handled with detailed cleaning and made me a little guest. Whatever was required was done and solved my problem with a service fee of 50 TL. Thank you very much for my brother Selçuk, we need honest people who do their job well. I wish conveniences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temmuz 2019 da bıraktığımız Siemens şarjlı süpürgemizi 1 yıl 3 ay geçmesine rağmen hala bulup tamir edemediler. 4, 5 defa gidip makinemizi sorduk. Bulup sizi arayacağız dediler. Ama ses soluk yok. Aradığımda da telefona cevap bile alamadım. Daha önce iyi hizmet aldığımız için gönül rahatlığı ile ürünümüzü teslim ettik, hatta birçok müşteri yönlendirdik. Belki bu yorumu görüp cevap verirler....
Although it has been 1 year and 3 months, they have still not been able to find and repair our Siemens vacuum cleaner, which we left in July 2019. We went 4, 5 times and asked about our machine. They said we will find and call you. But the voice is not faint. I could not even get an answer when I called. Since we had received good service before, we delivered our product with peace of mind, and even directed many customers. Maybe they'll see this comment and respond ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dyson dan uzak durulmalı bence. Satılırken 10 sene hiçbir şey olmaz denilerek yüksek fiyatla satılıyor. Ancak daha sonra kırılan bir boru aparatı için 400-500 arasında fiyat talep ediliyor. Hadi diyelim fiyatı kabul ettiniz ki edilecek bir fiyat değil, bu seferde stoklarımızda yok cevabı alıyorsunuz. Çok tuhaf değil mi?

Çok kısa
sürede motor orijinali ile uygun bir fiyata degistirildi.10 yıldır motor kusursuz çalismakta
Bu yıl bir ay öncede süpürgenin başlığında oluşan bir arıza ve bakim yaptırmak için gittim.Yine sorunum profesyonelce uygun fiyata çözüldü.
Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum.
Mizaç olarak biraz sert görünüşlü ve sert konuşan bir arkadaşımız olabilir. Fakat bu sadece görünüşte.
Böyle kıymetli insanların etrafimizda çoğalması gerektiğini düşünenlerdenim.
Artık elektrikli ev aleti sorun çıkardığında gönül rahatligi ile götüreceğim bir yer var.
