The staff are absolutely cocky and smug and have made so many ego ceilings. Its products and prices are expensive compared to markets such as Bim Şok migros. Customer satisfaction is not taken into account.

I meet my needs every day from the proper market. (Regional market across the street) I can find most of the things I am looking for. Already living in Erzurum knows the quality. Also preferred place with reasonable prices.
