We went about 20 days ago, service was very late. Meals were good. We went to Kars again two days ago and wanted to eat there, but we were told "there is no place". Of course, it is not a normal place, but their style was not pleasant at all. We came out like we were fired. I'll go there again, I'd better eat a hamburger. They were a little embarrassed.

We went as a group of 6 people and they brought the orders very late although there were very few customers due to Ramadan. I ordered Adana Kebab, but the portion was very small. We loved the salad accompanied by a very tasty salad. But even though we ate 4 salads, they charged almost all of us for the payment. The next day we realized that we ate 4 salads and paid for 7 salads. I guess they wanted to close the Ramadan deficit with us.

The fish frying pan service I know is a whole small pan for 1 person, but they divided the pan for us. If you want to sit on the top floor other than that, the faces of your friends fall. We paid close to 90 TL for two people, just for the fish! When you ask for a salad, a salad with dressing is given. the customer is not asked whether the sauce is wanted or not. The appetizers are at the last level that can be cut from there to nothing. Other than that, the fish was well cooked and tasted good. On the day I went, everyone was incredibly demoralized, everyone's faces were sullen as if they had been beaten, so much that I even wanted to ask about my funeral. The tired, exhausted state of the staff made me very sad. We didn't understand what we ate to eat and get out of that environment.
