★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle sattıkları malın arkasında durmuyorlar. Aşırı derecede ilgisizler malı sattıktan sonra herhangi bir şey sorduğunuzda hiç iyi davranmıyorlar.
 They definitely do not stand behind the product they sell. Extremely uninterested, they don't behave well when you ask anything after selling the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürün satarken "Abi max 10 günde teslim ederiz hiç merak etmeyin" deyip kaporayı alıp acemi kasap gibi sizi kilitliyorlar kendilerine.
Maalesef 3 hafta sonunda ürünü teslim alabildik.
Ürün alınca da bir ucunun perçinlerinden kırık olduğunu gördüm.Kendi imkanlarımla tamir edip astım.
Uzak durulması gereken bir firma.
While selling products, they say, "Don't worry, we deliver it in max 10 days" and they take the deposit and lock you like a novice butcher.
Unfortunately, we were able to receive the product after 3 weeks.
When I bought the product, I saw that one end was broken from its rivets. I repaired it and hung it with my own means.
A company that should be avoided.

On our first visit to this chandelier store, the owners of the store refused to sell the product at the agreed price by bargaining with honest salespeople under the internet price of 10 TL and saying that they would not give an agreed product for 10 TL at the checkout.

The store staff, with very successful design products, are perfectly interested, and especially Ms. Berna really knows this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satana kadar gayet iyiler. Üründe sorun çıkarsa yoklar. Büyük hayal kırıklığı. Avizede 1 ışık arızalı daha haftası dolmamış. Özellikle öyle üretiliyor o ücret verirseniz duzeltiriz diyecek kadar para odaklı bir firma. Uzak durulmasını tavsiye ederim.
They're fine until they sell. If there is a problem with the product, they are gone. Great disappointment. 1 light is faulty in the chandelier, its week is not over yet. It is a money-oriented company that says it is produced that way, if you pay, we will fix it. I recommend staying away.
