Neither the old taste nor the attention and care is gone. The fee charged is very high for the service provided. They broke it.

It's good to roast, but it has hair in it. We paid 90 TL for 2 servings of roasting.

There is no trace of the old taste in roasting, there is no pilaf pattern, there is no spice in it, helede onion (especially the bulgur pilaf in our province is plain as if it is Uzbek pilaf) The stools in the open area are black from dirt, they are torn and shake like a cradle, we change them, they all shake. Let's talk about the name, there is no stall on the busiest street and there are no hygiene rules at the station zero. Neither the female cashier friend has masks and gloves, nor waiters nor the cook who fills the food. obviously, it is what it was before the pandemic, it's such a nice and busy place, it really suits me. The owner of the place and the chief waiter must be sensitive. While they still do not accept customers in Ankara and Istanbul without questioning the code at the entrance, it would be very bad if you wear a mask. And if we had asked the waiter if you had a PCR test, who knows where he would have removed the tip.

Hygiene rules are zero, there is no mask and gloves in the cashier, none of the waiters, there is no cook who fills the food, only us. They should wear it even for themselves, especially in such a busy main road.

The taste is not bad, the rice is also good. But let's come to the human hair that comes out of everyone's plate (it wasn't animal hair, it's definitely not goat hair, it's not like that, even the root of the hair is visible in all of them, apart from the meat, and in the size of jet black hair). When we pointed this out (I think) the head clerk carelessly took the plate and changed it without even bothering to say sorry. The problem is that maybe he didn't change it, he just took it out and brought it. Or how can he bring the same number of remaining meats in the same size, right? There is no embarrassment anyway, when we expressed it to a different staff member there, something that always happens here also came out in my meal today, but I wish they had apologized, saying that you are right (thanks, the only attentive person) actually tells the place. I don't know who did the dishes, but the person who filled them was bald, I think this sloppy attitude may be due to the chief service person. I will never drop by again. I wrote this at length for those who do not want to come across a hairy and sloppy attitude.
