05.08.2021 tarihinde isletme ile iletisime geçtim. Görüştüğüm şahıstan bir gün sonra çiçeği ulaştırmalarını talep ettim. Ve görüştüğüm şahıs ücreti (200₺) Aybüke Karaköse isimli Yapı Kredi bankasi hesabına gönderebileceğimi ve iban numarasını mesaj ile benimle paylaştı. Görüşmemiz sonrasında saat 14:05 te benden istenen hesaba gönderdim(hesap hareketlerimde mevcuttur). Bir gün sonra yani 06.08.2021 tarihinde önce elinde çiçek olmadığını, çiçekler akşam geleceği için akşam göndereceğini belirtti. Ona da ok dedim. Tarih 07.08.2021 olduğunda ise paramın iadesini istedim.
İlgili telefon numarası sahibi şahıs dün akşama kadar (20.08.2021) beni oyaladı.
Üzülerek belirtmeliyim ki hesabıma yatırılmış bir iade bulunmamaktadır. Hesap hareketlerim ortadadır.
Şimdi de arsızca yaptığım yorum hakkında gerekli mercilere beni şikayet edeceğini yazmış.

They are scammers. Do not order over the phone. They take your money and don't send flowers. They don't refund your money either. ⚠️ ⛔️

I contacted the company on 05.08.2021. I asked the person I spoke to to deliver the flower one day later. And the person I talked to shared that I could send the fee (200₺) to the Yapı Kredi bank account named Aybüke Karaköse and shared the IBAN number with me via message. After our meeting, I sent it to the requested account at 14:05 (available in my account transactions). One day later, that is, on 06.08.2021, he stated that he did not have any flowers before and that he would send them in the evening because the flowers would come in the evening. I said ok to him too. When the date was 07.08.2021, I asked for my money back.
The person with the relevant phone number kept me busy until last night (20.08.2021).
I regret to state that there is no refund deposited into my account. My account transactions are clear.
Now he has written that he will report me to the necessary authorities about my cheeky comment.
I hope you will complain to the necessary authorities and I will be right.
