It was washed quickly and cleanly, we are very pleased

I had 8 carpets, friends, smiling and interested, our carpets were spotless. The service informs them by quick sms on the phone. I was in 5-6 different places in the bay, I was most pleased with washing the pavement in the smoke.

Smiling, timely delivery service, solution-oriented approach, but I think the carpets were not washed even though I especially wanted them to be washed backwards (I was told that the carpets would be damaged if that was the case, I still wanted them to be washed) but I can give them to wash my carpet again.

We received carpet and upholstery cleaning service between 15-19 November. Carpet cleaning service is at a good level, but I cannot say that we are satisfied with the upholstery cleaning service. They finished our 2 triple and 2 single seats in a maximum of 45 minutes. We noticed that the seats did not come into contact with any water on some parts of the sides of the boat, and the stains did not come out. We reported our complaint to the company officials, they said that they would examine and resolve our complaint and the service provided on the day the carpets were delivered, but they did not follow their words. On the same day of cleaning, they did not accept the stains we showed with the photos, and they did not accept the shortcomings of their staff. They will not be our first choice for upholstery washing.
