Katında basın yayın müdürlüğü ve toplanti salonu bulunmakta olup 3. Katında başkan yardımcısı destek ve makina ikmal müdürlükleri bulunmaktadır. Bu katta ayrıca ihale salonu da bulunmaktadır. 4. Katta ise belediyemizin en çok çalışan birimi fen işleri müdürlüğü ve inşaat mühendisi müdürü olan Ali ÜZÜM yer almaktadır. Ayrıca bu katta park bahçeler müdürlüğü de yer almaktadır. Çatı katında ise enver oğuz ve volkan cıara icmektedirler.
 It is a 4-storey building that serves as the municipality of Dulkadiroğlu. There are municipal police teams on the ground floor and a license audit directorate is located on the top floor. On the second floor, there is press directorate and meeting hall. There is also a tender hall on this floor. On the 4th floor, Ali ÜZUM, the director of civil works and civil engineer, is the most working unit of our municipality. Also located on this floor is the directorate of park gardens. In the attic are enver oghuz and volcano cara.
