Dirty Toilets no papers in there I was wondering what the workers use to clean their bts with?

Keme Kebap is expensive, other kebaps and katmers are modarate. Keme kebap is not so good (keme is kind of mushroom, but not tasty); katmer is good.

Opens at 5 am for Beyran which is a breakfast soup made of broth with slow cooked sheep meat, rice, garlic and chili flakes. A must try when you are in Gaziantep

Absolutely awesome best beyran soup we ever had. We flew gaziantep just for food and I glad we did that it was really good experience.

The food was delicious but they kept trying to put food on the table we had not ordered. We finally had to type a message into google translate asking them to stopi giving us food we hadnt ordered. Its a fancy looking place in the middle of a very run down neighborhood just s few blocks away from the mosaic museum. Unfortunately they only do the lamb soup before 10:30 am. We really enjoyed the taste of the chicken kebab which was beautifully cooked and seasoned. Their individual lahmacun were superb and after we asked they brought onions with sumac, parsley and fresh lemon. The bottoms were nicely charred and the meat paste had a good spice and seasoning. We also got a skewer of what turned out to be lamb tenderloin which was delicious just the mest with very little seasoning I forgot to take any pictures of the food until we were almost done. It was the most expensive dish at 40 lira. About $7 usa

Beyran is very delicious. The size of lahmacun is larger and one is enough. Spicy foods and hot. I strongly recommend start Beyran and keep eating kebab if you like.

Superb. Kebabs made to perfection. Delicious Beyran. Great service. On top of that, everything you see in the pictures besides Soup & Kebabs is complementary (Cigkofte, ayran, strained youghurt etc ) I had a feast for 8$ (May 2019). The neighborhood is lively. When visiting the Mosaic museum (Zeugem I believe is the name), plan at least an hour to walk the busy narrow streets

First time trying the beyran soup and it was tasty. It has a dense taste of the fat that the add to both meat, rice and the soup. There is a plain version and a spicy one. Nice attentive staff in a beautiful shop.
