Ich möchte klarstellen das die filalie (Western union) unkopetent und unzuverlässig ist.
Als ich versucht hatte mein Geld abzuholen hat die mitarbeitern gesagt das mein Dokument ungültig ist, obwohl ivh mit diesen dokument in die türeki gereist bin. Als ich mich erkundigen wollte ob es meinen dokument liegt hab ich die western union hotline angerufen und Sie bestätigten dass so etwas nicht sein kann und ich es bei einer anderen filialie versuchen sollte.

I want to make it clear that the filalie (Western Union) is uncopetent and unreliable.
When I tried to collect my money, the staff said that my document is invalid, although ivh traveled to the Türki with this document. When I wanted to inquire whether it was my document, I called the western union hotline and they confirmed that something like that was not possible and that I should try another branch.
