Disgusting! They don't meet deadlines at all. They constantly promise to bring it tomorrow, but they don't. We ordered an expensive sofa. Disgusting attitude. I do not recommend it to anyone. Sucks

Marina is a polite and helpful sales person (Russian & Turkish speaker).
Don't be concerned by the one bad review about the general manager, he is fine as a business man to sign contract.
