Firmayı arayıp ürünü kargoya vermesi istediğim zaman ürün ellerinde olmadığını elimizden birşey gelmiyor diyerek iptal ettirdiler. 3 gün paramı kullandılar. ürünü alamadığım için beni mağdur ettiler. Bu firmadan uzak durun. sıkıntılı bir firma
On 08.02.2019 I bought the order of 1 laptop by using the card of the dualpazar company N11. When I wanted to call the firm to deliver the product to the cargo, they didn't come to our hands and they said they didn't get anything. They used my money for 3 days. they made me victim for not getting the product. Stay away from this company. troubled firm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 09 Ağustos Perşembe günü Dual Bilgisayarı arayarak almak istediğimiz ürünün stoğunun bilgisini alıp ürünün ödemesini yaptık. Sonra defalarca aradık ürünü göndereceklerini söylediler. Firma 5 gün sonra siparişi haber vermeden iptal etti. Ürünün fiyatını arttırarak tekrar satışa çıkardı. Kendileri dolandırıcı bir firmadır. Sözlerinde durmadılar. 6 taksitle ödeme yaptık şimdi 6 taksit olarak 3.569,20 TL her ay 594,87 TL olarak geri yatacak. Alacağımız ürünleri alamayacağız. Bu piyasa ortamında bizi mağdur ettiler. Tüketicilere bu firmadan uzak durup, kesinlikle alışveriş yapmamalarını tavsiye ederim. Tüccarlık etiğine uymayan firmadan zararımızı karşılamasını talep ediyoruz.

Şimdi firma yetkilileriyle konuştuğumda insanla dalga geçer gibi elimizde ürün yok o yüzden paranızın iadesini yapacağız diyorlar madem ürün yok neden yalan indirim yapıp parayı alıp düşük model kullanılmış ürün gönderiyorsun?
