Do not reproach fraudsters like this, the guaranteed product has malfunctioned, it has been 1.5 months, it is waiting for the parts, it says the product has come 3 times, the breakdown has been said to the YÖK, it has not given the service, the product is found to be defective.

My Baymak brand air conditioner, which was broken by the authorized service when they came to maintenance 2 years ago, is a last resort when no one could do it; Dts got support from the service and thanks. The masters came and solved the problem in 1 hour.
