★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayaklarına kadar götürdüğüm stor perdemi benden alıp ben ürünüm kuru temizleme yapılıyor zannederken halı yıkamaya yollamışlar. Üstelik sözde temizlenmemiş diye iki defa üst üste yollamışlar. Storda oluşan lekeler hala üzerinde yıpranmış olması da cabası.
They took my roller blind from me and sent it to carpet washing while I thought my product was dry cleaned. Moreover, they sent it twice in a row, supposedly not being cleaned. Not to mention that the stains on the roller blinds are still worn on them.

I gave 2 silk scarves, one of them was twill silk, it has scratches all over and the twill has no hardness and the other was pure silk. It is no longer covered, it does not stand upright.
