★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 Eylül Pazartesi günü tek parça kıyafeti Cuma gününe almak üzere bırakmıştım ve işlerimden dolayı gününde gidip alamadım. Teslim almam gereken 14 Eylül'den 3 gün sonra yani 17 Eylül günü kıyafeti almaya gittiğimde üzerinde çıkmayan bir leke olduğunu söyleyerek henüz hazır olmadığını söylediler. Bir daha yıkanması gerektiği için 1 saat kadar geçileceğini ilettiler.
Tek parça abiyeye 90 lira aldıkları yetmiyormuş gibi bir de böyle rezalet hizmet alıp bekletilmek hiç kimsenin hakettiği bir şey değil.
Fiyatlarına bir çeki düzen verip işlerini düzgün yapana dek bir daha uğramayı düşünmüyorum. Kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum.
On Monday, September 10, I left the one-piece outfit for Friday, and I couldn't get it on the day because of my work. When I went to pick up the outfit on September 17th, 3 days after I was supposed to receive it, they said that it was not ready yet, saying that there was a stain on it. They stated that it will take up to 1 hour because it needs to be washed again.
As if they are not enough for a single evening dress for 90 liras, it is not something that anyone deserves to receive such disgraceful service and wait.
I do not intend to stop by again until I get their prices straight and do their job properly. I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gitmeyin, kimseyi de göndermeyin. Ne yazık ki montumu mahvettiler. Düzeltme sözü verdikleri halde sürekli öteleyip durdular. En sonunda montumu olduğu gibi aldım, kendim yaptırdım. Profesyonellikten çok uzaklar.
Do not go, do not send anyone. Unfortunately they ruined my coat. They kept pushing forward even though they promised to fix it. Finally, I bought my coat as it was and had it made by myself. They are far from professional.

Madem vardı yıkamadınız niye bir telefon açıp haber vermiyorsunuz. Arasaydınız dediğimde yüz çevirmeler sabır çekmeler saçma sapan hallere girdi çalışan. Akıl sağlığının normal olduğunu düşünmüyorum zaten. Yıkanmayan şallarımı elinde yuvarlayıp çöp yapıp poşete koydu ve alın yıkamıyoruz dedi. Bu nasıl bir terbiyesizlik dediğimde yanındaki kadın lütfen çıkar mısınız dedi. Resmen kovuldum aldım çantamı çıktım gittim bir daha da asla ne giderim ne de birinin gitmesine müsaade ederim. Akıllı bir insan yok karşınızda madur olur rezil olur kalırsınız ortada. Sakın gitmeyin!!

I don't think mental health is normal anyway. He rolled my non-washable shawls in his hands, made garbage and put them in a bag and said, "We can't wash the forehead. When I said what kind of rudeness is this, the woman next to him said, "Please leave. I was officially fired, I took my bag, I went and I will never go again or let anyone go. There is no intelligent person in front of you, you will become a victim and be disgraced. Don't go!!
