★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kendileri ile gün içinde telefon ile görüşüp durumu anlatıp. Bu akşam almam gerektiğini belirtmeme rağmen 19:00'da hazır olur alırsınız dediler 20:00'da gittim hazır değildi. Esat şubeden teslim alacaktım hazır olmadığı için Büyük Kolej'in oradan almak zorunda kaldım. Konuşmak kolay icraat yok. Hiç kimseye önermem.
 Talking with them on the phone during the day and explaining the situation. Although I stated that I had to buy it tonight, they said that it will be ready at 19:00, I went at 20:00 and it was not ready. I was going to take it from Esat branch because it was not ready and I had to buy it from Büyük Kolej. There are no easy actions to talk about. I would not recommend it to anyone.
