İmplantlarımı yapan ama bana sorun yaşatan doktorla bile bu kadar uzun ve detaylı konuşamazken, Semih bey telefonda tüm merak ettiklerimi cevapladı ve aydınlattı. Cliniğine gittiğimde de neden daha önce tanışmadım diye şansıma kızdım... SEMİH BEY açıklayıcı,kibar,samimi,eğlenceli yaklaşımı ile 10 numara 5 yıldız. .. Keşke zamanı geriye alabilseydik. Eşimin tedavisine ve oğlumun rutin kontrollerine bu klinikte devam etmekten ve kendi tedavimi sürdürmekten çok memnunum. I called the office several times to clarify the address since I was lost. The receptionist hung up on me three times and when she did speak on the phone she was unwilling to use whatsapp to accommodate the fact that I didn't speak Turkish. When I found the office the receptionist acted like I was totally irrelevant. Fair enough, I don't speak Turkish so I shouldn't expect you to speak English. But, don't be rude, don't hang up on a client, and don't act like I don't exist when I finally confront you about your conduct. Very poor form. Will not be recommending to others.
