Mehmet bey 6 haftalık manüel terapi, eliminasyon diyeti ve bitkisel takviyeler ile yaşam kalitemi bozan ağrılarıma son verdi. Ağrısız bir yaşam için kendisini şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehmet Hocanın akademik çalışmaları instagram üzerinden takip ediyordum.Beğendiğim bir hocaydı.Bana yardımcı olabileceğini düşünüyordum.Ağrılara karşı farklı bir yaklaşımı vardı.Bu yüzden çanakkaleden kocaeliye gitmek çok zor olmadı. Uzun zamandır çektiğim diz , kalça ve bel ağrılarını tedavisi için gittim.Ağrılarımda %20 hafifleme bile yeterli olurdu.Özellikle sağ dizim için baya para harcamıştım.(Çeşitli egzersizler,Plika sendromu ameliyatı , iki defa prp iğnesi) maalesef çok bir faydasını göremedim.Hoca çeşitli testler sonucunda ve mr incelemelerinden sonra ağrılarımın psikolojik olduğuna karar verdi.Hipnoz ve adını hatırlamadığım bir tedavi önerdi.Çanakkalede bana yardımcı olabilecek birini bulabileceğini söyledi.Üzerinden iki hafta geçtikten sonra bulamadığını söyledi.Bursadan da bulabileceğini söyledim ancak hala geri dönüş yok.Maalesef asistanı üzerinden ona ulaşmak zor. Bir tedavi maceram daha tedavisiz sona erdi.
Fazla umutlanmayın ama denemekten de zarar gelmez
I was following Mehmet Hoca's academic studies on Instagram. He was a teacher I liked. I thought he could help me. He had a different approach to pain. Therefore, it was not difficult to go from Çanakkale to Kocaeli. I went for the treatment of knee, hip and low back pain that I had been suffering for a long time. Even 20% reduction in my pain would have been enough. I spent a lot of money especially for my right knee. (Various exercises, plica syndrome surgery, twice prp injection) As a result of tests and mr examinations, he decided that my pain was psychological. He suggested hypnosis and a treatment whose name I can't remember. He said he could find someone who could help me in Çanakkale. Two weeks later he said he couldn't find it. hard to reach. Another treatment adventure ended without treatment.
Don't get your hopes up too much, but it doesn't hurt to try.
