It can be preferred for filling, 20 tooth extraction etc. But I would not recommend it for implant treatment.

- Poor Hygiene (India class)
- Dentists do not care much about patience's satisfaction and aesthetics concerns (Dr. Ilyas pretends very kind at first until he gets full payment)
- You might be shown the door by Dr. Ilyas if dentists see that you're unhappy about the result ( Be extra careful if you're a foreigner )
-You may find yourself alone with uncompleted teeth in the middle of operation
