Good experience and great place to stay in Kocaeli - Kartepe ??

Small rooms with cozy garden area and gourment restaurant

Could have been much better stay if Hilton/Doubletree procedures were implemented...What a waste, nice premise, has everything to succeed, Special thanks to Sedef, Arif, Ali at the SPA, and Can, that are real assets...Here what needs to be taken care for my next stay..Firstly and more importantly for the kids are the famous Doubletree cookies ?...A brand that became famous because of this little sweet..It is the first time, as an elite member with hhonors for more than 20 Years that we are not greeted at check in in a Doubletree hotel by this famous COOKIE..My son was so disappointed...When asked ..Pandemic time was given as a reason...same for the lounge...Closed...Whereas the little upgrade was heavily negociated...And not even trustorthy when it comes to the FD promess on check in...after more than 20 Years with Conrad' s Brand, where I feel like family...We know what is a junior suite, a presidential suite, a family room and a king corner room, ..., here again really disapointed...Specially when I expressed the need of a one bed room suite for a Wedding anniversary...Attention shown in previous pictures on TripAdvisor were only for marketing I suppose...Greediness should never exist at any Hilton brand premise...Please; Read CONRAD' S mission statement for the most hospitable in the World, I would understand this lack at any other brand but never at Hilton...Ali from F&B needs a real training...And Managment needs to make a real reliable team, with less turn over...When it comes to housekeeping team, indeed very nice...Willing to learn...but needs more focus ...at check in on second day in the supposedly " upgraded" king bed room, I booked and that they did not have at check in... ?Instead they gave me a twin room with one extra bed... Because FD Mger did not want to give me a one bedroom suite to repair the error.. Too many errors...Not worth mentionning...as it would really depreciate this premise value, but many recordings and pics to whom interested to allow a better Management and professional behavior...nonetheless, The Spa with Ali was one of the only relaxing and happy place for us to go to for our 6 days stay...Breakfast was good when Arif and Can were there...And thank to Sedlef at front desk for her extraordinary professionalism, Next time I visit, I really hope to see such changes take place... But I will certainly come back to try skiing in this beautiful Area of ?? Turkey...Again, Thank you for listening to sincere and family members of the Hilton family...Hope to see you very soon

The wors experience I have ever meet. They gave us a room which was already occupied!!! When we entered the room the guy was in the room ..was very embarrassing for both ! Then the second room was given to us after almost 4 hours ..we were so tired and waiting for the room to sleep. Breakfast was hambl. Gym was so small.

The overall quality of the hotel is good; nice workers, good pool, good rooms. Except, cleanliness is very poor. Breakfast plates, forks, cups, etc... Were dirty. The pool's interior is very dirty and you could barely see through it. And there's this annoying band that keeps playing drums and music up till 12 am, which is disrespectful to those who would like to sleep early.

I expected a better service. They gave me a room which not cleaned, I came back to the reception he didn’t bother to say excuse me!! It’s not too bad but it’s also not good for what you pay there.

One of the best Doubletree's around. The hotel is fairly new and clean, close to some nature attractions. If you are with your family, suite rooms are perfect for the stay

The food was very bad and was delayed for half an hour, the taste was not good. The food served to us is from one of the shopping centers and not made by the hotel, unfortunately the service is not at the required level
