★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor neighborhood, the road to hotel is unpaved, I have to pay extra money to get decent room, Staff are rude,The view on the sea is the ugliest I ever seen
Not worth The money, don’t look at the picture they post on the website, room or small, furniture need upgrade

The hotel is 100% lie , this is not Hilton standard. The rooms were Different from the pictures. I’m holding a diamond membership with Hilton. No one welcomed us , they took the full charge for 6 nights later they told us it’s non refundable. There were fishermen outside the hotel 24hours and their houses stuck to the hotel. The view was lie the pictures here and in Hilton website is all fake. Only the good thing is the employees and service. 0 star.

staff very kind and helpful
even room numbers have city view
odd room numbers have sea view
cleanliness is not up to 5 stars level.. they don't change bedsheets and don't clean the carpet for 3 days!
at early morning I didn't get hot water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location; you can easily take a taxi or bus to downtown. Also you can walk in the area around, there is a small cafe on the beach nearby.Though it doesn’t have direct access to the sea, the waiters in the restaurant don’t speak English so take some effort to order coffee or omelette in the morning. And definitely they need to improve the quality of the coffee they serve. I like the Spa and the staff there, a lady called Hilal was super friendly and professional ?

The hotel is overpriced, 100% over all rating doesn’t belong to 5 stars, no beach, very ugly view in front of the hotel for the sea view, the LOCATION is very bad if you want to visit the city center.
The breakfast is poor for a 5 stars hotel in turkey.
It is clean but to be honest the WORST RECEPTION staff I met in my life specially the night shift guy, they are rude, don’t speak good English and not smiling at all.
The security treating guests as prisoners, so funny.
The kids are not allowed to use the pool ?.
Bad experience. 100% next visit to trabzon will not be here.

But the small and narrow street heading to it was not so convenient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, a hotel took advantage of our corona disease.. We were forced to only order food from the hotel restaurant... When we requested from a restaurant outside the hotel.. the hotel refused to receive the meal and forced us to pay a bill and we did not receive the meal.. The hotel and management took advantage of our stone .. Even the room and the bathroom are not cleaned On the pretext that we are a danger to them.. Only eating from a restaurant is not dangerous.. Where is the humanity.. Even cleaning a room is forbidden, we are forced to remain in this image!! When you receive an amount for the restaurant, it is not a risk ... a bad and exploitative hotel of the last degree
