★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst doubletree I have seen During my last 30 years. I stayed two nights. I need to flight fly in bed room and restaurant. At the restaurant. 1. Sofa is broken 2. The table is not clean and not even one table setup. 3. The restaurant staff stand at side keep talking 4. I asked to setup table for me. I only get fork and knife 5. Restaurant staff touch the vegetable with dirty hand directly. 6. I tried to ask two fried eggs three times. At the end, I quieted. The last time, I stand in front of cooking station for more than one minute and I am the only customer at front. Try to find the manager, The front desk staff on the phone all the time without seeing the customer at front. I am 100% unhappy with the hotel. This management show no attention to manager this hotel. There are much more problems with this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canceled my booking for 15 nights just month before arrival, because they decided not to open hotel at the dates that they originally had been accepting bookings.
No excuses, not ever any help with alternative lodging. "it's covid time, solve your problems by yourself travellers". It's not a Hilton level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is great! Although it's a couple minutes away from Goreme, it's walking distance to Avanos. The employees of this hotel are extremely helpful. They'll help you arrange transport to-n-fro the airport, and the places you wanna visit. Although this is not the typical cave style hotel dwelling, the interior design of the hotel makes you feel that you are in one. Definitely a place to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am highly impressed by their extraordinary services, cosy rooms, excellent customer service. We booked our rooms through booking.com and they offered the best prices. Every penny we have spent is worth of it. The day starts with refreshing smell of coffee. They have a huge menu on the list for breakfast. We have enjoyed our stay completely here and would definitely coming back whenever we come here.
I would give 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with a lovely indoor spa and gym. Stunning decor which shows the character of Cappadocia. My room included a cute reading nook and great views. The offer free warm cookies which taste amazing. All the concierge’s were so attentive and friendly to me, making me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Cappadocia
