Very nice hotel, classic style decor, some ottoman influences. Nice place overall, good facilities, nice restaurant area.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. We stayed for one night and it was horrible. For starters, our room’s door could not be locked. We could barely even sleep because the AC kept turning off in the middle of the night, in nearly 40°C in July! Sanitary products and kits by the hotel were not even provided until we asked for them. The shower’s door was just completely missing ? I guess it must’ve broken at some point and never fixed it? The design of the room was very pretty but it felt like a 1 stat hotel with the price of a Hilton ?

Double Tree Hilton Gaziantep. Room  3710, 04/10/2021 Probably my worst experience in staying at this hotel. A hotel with this standard and competitive prices to use a bedsheet with visible stains, simply shocking and inadmissible. The bathroom cleanness was awful, the tissue box was empty and so the cotton swabs box. What shocked and angered me most was the toilet, it wasn't cleaned properly and personally I found it disgusting. I was moved to another room 3505 to face the same issue with a poor hygiene in the bathroom. In the breakfast room I was welcomed with a sad and  miserable faces that none of the staff did not  bother to wish a good Günaydın or a good morning to guests.  At the Reception I asked to see the General Manager or the Deputy  Manager about my complaints then I was told they were not available for a meeting excuse and I have to deal with the head housekeeper. So what is the role of a duty manager? Simply to assist the GM in his absence and to deal with any  oakwood situation like this one. Unfortunately I was not contacted for a feedback nor for an apology. Seriously not to be recommended. Doule Tree Hilton Gaziantep lacks of a discipline,  follow up, good hygiene and  a serious management. Seriously not to be recommended. I have been in the hospitality sector for the last 32 years, so hygiene is my priority.

I stayed at the hotel for a single night with 2 other family members. We were in general quite satisfied and comfortable during our stay. However, I should point out that the 3. bed option that was added to our room was far from comfortable. I was expecting a better 3. bed option from Hilton. Everything else met our expectations.

Friendly staff. Their filter coffee and sütlaç (one of the available dessert option in the menu) for room service was a disappointment.

Rooms facing the main road are loud but otw all fine. Breakfast was particularly good.

Hotel meeting room are good enough big enough and comfortable enough too. Front desk staff are so kind and hospitable.. Banquet staff are easy to talk too.. Thank you so much for accommodating all of us. More power and god blessed.

Boutique hotel with charming rooms and charming staff. Absolute highlight is the breakfasts: the quality and taste of all of the food is excellent. The range is 'classic Turkish breakfast food'. The soups were astonishingly good. The fruit and vegetables were fresh and flavoursome. Proper Gaziantep experience.
