★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking through the beach wanted to ask several questions at reception desk about my reservation for coming weekend.
Staff at the beach sent me through the dump behind hotel territory and security at the entrance didn't let me in. Just dialed reception to talk through phone. Even though my reservation was confirmed, still zero sign of hospitality was shown.
Level of service is under the zero floor. If such a disgusting service at entrance, what will this weekend be then...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, really good. All what connected to staff is good enough. We spending pleasure time here.
Only one point needed attention, look at photo, that is kind off booking deck chair should be fixing by staff, like it happens in other good hotels:))) People booking 70% of places around 6:30 (((( and goes sleep ((( and back around 11.00
deck chair booking and it owners don’t come around 2, 3, 4 hours)).
Do not take room 244 and others which has windows on the same side because at the night a lot of noice from glass waist and bottle dropping, throughing and packing… closed window doesn’t help, because do that in opened building(((( all night a lot of noisy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time at this resort and I was expecting a great stay but I was wrong, because my stay was excellent! The staff, the food, the bungalows, and all of the other amenities exceeded my expectations. The stay in Antalya was a last minute addition to our trip and we did not want to leave. This was the best all inclusive resort I have ever stayed at. We will return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My absolute favourite place, phenomenal hotel. The food is incredible, there are loads of little food trucks so you can try different cuisine. The pool is fabulous too but our favourite place is the hotel pier; the view from it is beautiful. When we go we don't actually leave the hotel because everything we need is there. The service is amazing. wonderful staff. Bekir treated me as a friend and took the time to engage meaningful conversation with me. He alone brings the morale of the staff up in my eyes and would recommend the hotel just for his friendliness. great guy, great hotel and a great place to be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely Hotel in a great location. Private beach and close to the shops. Entertainment not too shabby but make sure to go to the night bar above the craft beer bar later on for great drinks and atmosphere. Street food trucks really add something abot different to the all-inclusive offering. Would go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I cannot fully recommend this hotel although I had high expectations. I stayed for two nights and had a room with a nice sea view, albeit a bit stuffy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a 24/7 gym which is usually conveniently empty. Yet, the beach and pool areas were extremely crowded which makes it difficult to truly relax and disconnect. Although the hotel boasts an immense variety of food and drinks throughout day and night (all inclusive), I was strongly underwhelmed by the quality of the served dishes. Maybe less would do more in this case. I am not sure how the hotel compares to other All-inclusive resorts in Turkey - but for me it was overall an experience I do not wish to repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel however, not respecting guests request as our room were too hot and we simply asked them to allow us control our AC temperature . The response was not as we expected they told us its a central AC system and its off season they can't do that for us now! Thank God we only reserved 2 days we were planing to reserve 14 days . We will switch to Akra as always they fully respect thier guests.
